Welcome to BabyBliss Sleep Support, the program designed to give parents and caregivers the tools they need to help babies sleep better.
BabyBliss Sleep Support is a program of 10 modules that you can work through at your own pace.
While we recommend that you progress through the program in the order that the modules appear, you can certainly skip ahead if you need a quick answer to one particular issue – and you can revisit previous modules as many times as you like.
All you need to do to get started, is select the first module in the menu, How much sleep does my baby really need? and you are away!
This program does require some work by you, but we are sure that once you start following the program, you’ll be well on your way to better sleep (for everyone!)

BabyBliss sleep support program FAQs
You will have access to the program for 12 months after purchase – during that time you can refer to the modules as often as you need.
It’s completely up to you. The program is completely self-paced so you can work through it as slowly or as quickly as you like. We recommend working through the program over a number of weeks so you can practice the techniques.
To get the most out of the program, we recommend you put aside some time to focus on improving your baby’s sleep. You will get out of this program what you put into it BUT it is not intended to be difficult and time-consuming and it is designed to be incorporated into everyday family life.
